Coconut Dust Gypsums Board Building Material for Shielding Radiation and Buildup Factors

The coconut dust gypsums were fabricated and investigated through shielding radiation properties, energy absorption buildup factor (EABF), exposure (EBF). mass attenuation coefficient (mm) was by using the Compton scattering technique at 662 keV theoretical values of coefficients computed WinXCom software program different photon energies from 1 - 100 GeV. EABF EBF Geometric Progression (G-P) fitting method ranging between 0.015 15 MeV up to deep penetration 40 mean free path (mfp). After addition volume into gypsum board, it found that mm experiment theory generally in a good agreement. results also indicated increased while decreased along with increase volume. for minimum value, i.e., low high range whereas, intermediate range, could become high. These suggest can be used as building material.
